Make It Happen!

Did you know that you can reduce stress and achieve your dreams and goals with Tea and “t”?

First, grab yourself a mug of tea. In a six week study conducted by the University of London, black tea appears to reduce your stress levels and speed up your recovery from every day hassles.

Now, while sipping your brew, get out pen and paper. You are about to start on the road of mapping out what you want out of life. On the top of the paper write “My Goals” and today’s date.
You may be saying, “Oh, I know what I want out of life. I don’t need to waste the time writing it down”. But, when you put pen to paper, you are giving yourself a powerful advantage. The physical act of holding the pen combined with the eye seeing what you want makes a strong impression on the brain. It gives your mind a "blueprint" to success. Committing your goals to a well written list is one of the most effective secrets of super achievers.

Here are five “golden rules” for making your goals good as gold:

Rule #1: Write you goals down
Rule #2: Make your goals believable
Rule#3: Set a realistic timeline to achieve your objectives
Rule# 4: State your goals in the present tense as if they are already true
Rule# 5: Use the word “I” (as in “I eat healthy and exercise one hour everyday”)

Now, look at how you wrote your goal list.

Are your “t” bars on the left side of the stem? If so, go back and rewrite your goals, crossing the stem completely through to the right side. At the same time, say to yourself, “I know what I want and I go for it completely.”

Are your t-bars low on the stem? Then go back and rewrite those “t’s” crossing them higher on the stem and say to yourself, “I set my goals high and I know that I have the abilities to reach what I want.”

Are your “t-bars” light or barely there? If so, go back and rewrite your t-bars strong and firm and say to yourself, “I have the power and the fortitude to go after what I want.”

Do it now. Write down your goals and make them happen!
